Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PIMIT's website and within the application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on PIMIT's website or app
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. Limitations

In no event shall PIMIT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PIMIT's website or application, even if PIMIT or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Trial Period

PIMIT offers a 14-day free trial period for new users. After this period, you will be required to pay the subscription fee to continue using the Service. Your trial period will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password
• Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws

8. Modification of Terms
